Every order is made just for you
We don’t keep stacks of pre-printed notebooks lying around. Every WTF Notebook is printed, bound, and packed after you order it.
Production takes 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
That’s the part where we work our magic. Order confirmations are sent automagically after you place your order. Didn’t get one? Check your spam or junk folder — or search your inbox for “WTF Notebooks.” That usually does the trick.
After production, we ship
After production, your notebooks ship from our production facility near Salt lake City, Utah. Delivery times depend on the shipping method you chose at checkout:
Contiguous USA
- DHL BPM Expedited: 5-8 business days.
- FedEx Ground: 3–5 business days.
- USPS Priority: 1–3 business days.
- FedEx Express: 1–3 business days.
Alaska and Hawaii
- USPS Priority: 1–3 business days.
You’ll get a tracking email once your order ships
As soon as your notebooks leave the building, you’ll get an email with tracking info. Didn’t get one? Check your spam or junk folder — or search your inbox for “WTF Notebooks.”
If it feels like your order is taking forever, here’s a quick self-check:
- If it’s been less than 5 business days: Your order is likely still in production. We can't speed this process up, there are other orders in the line.
- If it’s been more than 5 days and you haven’t received tracking: Your order may be done, but hasn’t been scanned by the carrier yet.
- If you have tracking but it hasn’t updated: Sometimes shipping carriers take a break from being useful. Wait 48 hours, then let us know.
