One hour after you place your order, your customized WTF Notebooks go straight into production. This gives you enough time to change the shipping address, modify or cancel your order (instructions are in your order confirmation email).
Production usually takes from 2 to 5 business days, depending on how many you ordered and how busy we are.
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email. Just note: it can take 24–48 hours for the carrier to update tracking info, so don’t panic if it’s slow to show movement. A watched pot never boils.
Shipping times vary depending on your distance from Utah, and the time of year. We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but sometimes delays happen — especially during peak seasons or holidays.
Shipping estimates are just that — estimates. Thanks for your patience if things take a little longer than expected. Please try to plan ahead and be kind :)
