My payment failed. What can I do?

Our checkout is a secure payment gateway powered by Shopify®, and we accept all major credit cards, PayPal®, Apple Pay® and Google Pay®.
If your PayPal payment failed please check that:

  • You have enough funds in your PayPal account and/or cards linked
  • Your card connected to your PayPal account is valid and has not expired
  • PayPal hasn't limited or restricted your account

If your credit card payment failed please check that:

  • You have enough credit on your card
  • Your card is valid and has not expired

If you have tried these but still can’t complete the order please contact PayPal or your bank, or consider completing the purchase with a different payment method.
